Year-Round Continuing Care Program
Wellspring’s entire focus is on living a healthy lifestyle for the long run. In order to help ensure this, Wellspring offers a year-round Continuing Care program after the conclusion of camp.
Wellspring’s online Continuing Care program provides campers with easy daily access to self-monitoring, to their Behavioral Coach (BC) from Camp, and to other campers supporting one another to reach their goals. Wellspring Florida campers self-monitor, journal, set goals, and weigh-in. Behavioral Coach closely monitors their progress and provides feedback and support.
During the last week of Wellspring Florida, BCs introduce campers to the Continuing Care program.
Wellspring believes so strongly in the Continuing Care program that campers who successfully complete the program will be refunded the entire cost of the Continuing Care program ($600) refunded to them.
The fee is refunded based on meeting two criteria:
- Camper completes 140 out of 180 days of self-monitoring (3 food items with fat and calories recorded per day)
- Parent (or camper) obtains a verified height and weight and provides this form back to Wellspring via mail, fax, or email.

The Continuing Care program, which is so critical to a camper’s successful transition home and maintenance of a healthy lifestyle, continues until June 1, 2011. Further, if other family members wish to use the Continuing Care site to participate throughout the fall (and help role model self-monitoring for their son or daughter – which we strongly encourage), they may do so free of charge.
